Manufacturing characteristics:
The two spherical cranes of the oil tank are made of Q235B material steel according to the GB standard on a specialized ball crusher.
Types of corrugated iron tanks (that are over 8mm) are welded on both sides, inside out and have a protecting layer on the same system as welding machines, modern hydraulic winders, according to the advanced G7 technology of developed countries.
The welds are performed by welders with expertise in 5G and 6G pressure welding.
During the manufacturing process, there are strict inspection and supervision of the inspection staff about the safety of the pressure equipment.
All welds are ultrasonic and checked for sealing by osmosis.
