FUEL TANKS AND STORAGE

Fuel tanks and storage designed and manufactured by Tan Khanh Steel Structure and Construction JSC are built using advanced and modern technology, complying with international standards such as ASME – Section VIII – Division 1, TCVN 8366:2010, and TCVN 7704:2007. Our production process follows the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system.

Manufacturing Features:

• A distinctive feature of our fuel tanks is the two hemispherical ends, which are made from Q235B steel (according to GB standards) using a specialized dishing and flanging machine.
• For tanks with steel plates thicker than 8mm, double-sided welding (inside and outside) is applied. All welding is protected with flux layers and executed using modern hydraulic rolling machines and advanced welding systems adopted from G7 developed countries.
• All welds are carried out by certified welders with qualifications in pressure vessel welding levels 5G and 6G (in accordance with TCXDVN 314:2005).
• During production, all processes are closely monitored by our Quality Control (KCS) team and certified safety inspectors for pressure equipment.
• All welding joints undergo ultrasonic testing (UT) and penetrant testing (PT) to ensure structural integrity and airtightness.
